Joseph Bica
President
Joe combines his extensive knowledge of international business and years of governmental experience to lead Edgewood Solutions. Joe has been involved in the international food and beverage industry for more than 30 years. His career highlights include key positions with Ball Corporation and Applied Vision Corporation before taking the position of Mayor and Director of Public Service for the City of Ravenna, Ohio in 2010. Currently Joe also serves as the President & CEO of US Wine Exports Company of Windsor, California exporting California wine globally.
Joe holds technical degrees in Robotics/Integrated Manufacturing, BA in business administration and an MBA in International Business. Joe has traveled worldwide over his career focusing on business development in over 40 countries.
Kelly Engelhart
Associate Partner
Kelly has over 25 years of administrative leadership experience. Ranging from program development and analysis to comprehensive organizational restructuring. She has developed marketing projects for recruitment of leadership positions, led public utilities through capital projects and led compliance initiatives with governmental regulations and facilitated collaborative shared services. Kelly's experience and expertise lies in situational evaluation and analysis to process refinement to real life applied solutions. She has a Master of Degree from the University of Akron and a Bachelor's of Science degree from Kent State University. Her strengths to our team are her valuable organizational and administrative skills and her candid leadership style allows her to relate well with public or private sector professionals
Clay Morris
Associate Partner
Clayton D Morris, has over 25 years of human resources management consulting experience. Prior to the formation of Clayton D Morris & Assoc., LLC, Clay was the Deputy Director of Business and Human Resources with the Ohio Department of Transportation. He has worked with private and public sector organizations for over 25 years. He is a recognized expert in the field of Human Resources and was a 2012 finalist for the Archer HR Professional of the Year. He holds both of the most distinguished human resource certifications achievable in the industry; Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), through the Human Resources Certification Institute, and Senior Certified Professional (SCP-SHRM) through the Society for Human Resources. He has a Certificate in Labor Relations from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor degree from the University of Akron.
Scott Rainone

A seasoned professional with extensive experience in the public, private, media and not-for-profit sectors, Scott has worked with organizations of all sizes on business development, branding, innovation, funding, advocacy and marketing initiatives. He offers a real-world approach to helping clients develop business strategy, create a lasting brand presence, harness innovation and identify growth opportunities that optimize value for customers, employees and investors. Scott’s diverse professional experience gained across different sectors allows him to offer organizations the ability to build bridges between leaders and their most important constituents. He earned his bachelor's degree in mass communications from University of Mount Union and master's degree in public policy from Kent State University.
Gino Mascio
Associate Partner
Gino brings applied advanced mathematical and statistical methods and theories to develop and implement previously non-existent pricing models to determine customers' willingness to pay. Gino has also been instrumental in developing and instituting new tools and processes for planning, tracking and reporting results of retail sales campaigns. These processes provided actionable metrics, which allowed management, for the first time, to measure performance and make decisions. Gino started his career with First Energy Solutions as a Financial Analysist, Pricing Strategist and Financial Modeling & Forecasting Analysist. In 2015 Gino joined the Senior Management team at US Wine Exports as the VP of International Business Development. Gino brings all he knowledge to a level that management and senior leaders can understand and associate with business unit budgets and forecasts. Gino holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Kent State University.
